Here you tell Shutdown Manager how many seconds do you want to wait before process your next choice of Shutdown, Restart or Logoff.
You may enter a number using the keyboard, or can increase this number in a 10 seconds basis using your Mouse, by clicking on the "up" arrow
, or decrease this number clicking on the "down" arrow 
.
You can access a special "popup" menu, moving the Mouse's cursor to the space available to enter the desired number, and Right-click it:
Then, you can select what do you want to do with the number you specified:
- Use this number as "days", and convert it to Seconds.
- Use this number as "hours", and convert it to Seconds.
- Use this number as "minutes", and convert it to Seconds.
Example:
If you enter the number 20, but you want this number indicates minutes instead of seconds, right-click any area of the box and select the option "Minutes to seconds" of this popup menu, like this:
